Get help in the app
Open Profile, then Help and support. Read the FAQs, choose Contact support / report an issue to open a ticket, or open My tickets to read and reply to support. For a problem with a specific service, open the job and choose Report a problem.
What support covers
We help with accounts, provider verification, requests, messaging, service concerns, safety reports, privacy and account deletion. Include the email address on your account and the relevant job or ticket reference. Do not send your password. Payment adjustments must be arranged directly with your provider.
Life-threatening emergencies
ServiceDash is not an emergency service and does not dispatch police, fire or medical help. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
